This Taxi shirt features the cast of one of the most raved about sitcoms in television history. A winner of 18 Emmy Awards, Taxi ran from 1978 to 1983. The series focused on disgruntled dispatcher Louie De Palma and the hilarious employees of Sunshine Cab Company. This Taxi shirt shows Tony Banta (Tony Danza playing his first in a long line of characters also named Tony) , Elaine O'Connor Nardo (Marilu Henner, who seems to age much slower than the rest of us human beings), Reverend Jim Ignatowski (pre-BTTF Christopher Lloyd playing a zany space cadet type), Latka Gravas (Andy Kaufman doing his weirdo thing), Simka Dahblitz-Gravas (Carol Kane who we will always love for her portrayal of "not a witch, I'm your wife" Valerie in Princess Bride), and De Palma (the diminutive in stature but made up for it in attitude taxi dispatcher). For any fan of the classic sitcom Taxi, this cast t-shirt is a must have.
